What we make

We take the photographs published on your rental listing and turn them into a short vertical film. We deliver two files: a silent version for your listing page and your own site, and a version with licensed music for social. You get them on a private page at vantyxpoint.com where you can watch your film and download both files at full quality.

How we make it

Your film is built from your listing photographs using AI tools. To make it, we may:

• enlarge and sharpen your photos with AI upscaling, which can add fine texture that wasn’t visible in the original;
• add camera movement to still photos;
• generate a small number of short motion shots, such as an aerial opening, from your photos using AI video tools.

Generated and upscaled shots can differ slightly in fine detail from the real property, such as light, foliage or surface texture. We do not add rooms, views, amenities or features your property does not have, and we review every film before it is delivered.

Check your photos first, free

Send us your listing link before you buy anything and we will tell you whether your photographs can carry a film and which of them are strongest. There is no charge for this and no obligation to go further.

Price

$350 per property, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing. Payment is taken up front, through Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours of payment. This is a target, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer, for example when photos need extra work or demand is high. If we expect a delay, we will tell you. A late delivery is not grounds for a refund.

The photos you send us

By sending us a listing link you confirm you have the right to let us use those photographs to make your film. If a photographer holds the copyright, that is between you and them, and you should check before you send it. We will stop and delete the work if you tell us the rights are not yours.

What you can do with the film

Once paid, the film is yours to use anywhere you control: your listing, your own site, your social accounts, and paid advertising. The music is licensed for that use as part of the delivered file. That licence covers the film as delivered. It does not let you lift the music out and use it separately.

We may share it

We may share finished films on our Instagram, for example in our Stories, with your listing linked. We choose what to share and when, so not every film is posted. If you would rather we did not share yours, tell us before we start and we will not.

Changes to your film

Ask for changes within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make reasonable edits. Separately, if anything in the film misrepresents your property, tell us at any time and we will fix it.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise more bookings, more views, a better search ranking or better reviews. A film can help your listing stand out. It cannot control what guests do.
• We do not control the booking platforms. Their rules on video are theirs, they change, and a platform can reject or remove content for its own reasons.
• We do not promise delivery within a set time. 48 hours is our target.

Refunds

You pay before we start. If your photos can’t carry a film, we tell you and refund you in full before anything is delivered. Otherwise, all sales are final, including when delivery takes longer than 48 hours. If something in your film isn’t right, ask for changes within 7 days of delivery.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a film is limited to the amount you paid for that film. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
