What this site collects

There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.

When you type or paste a listing link into the order form, our server looks up that listing’s public title and cover photo on Vrbo or Airbnb, and your browser loads the cover photo from the platform, so you can see it’s the right listing. Nothing else about you is sent with that lookup.

The rest of what you type is sent only when you press a button. A photo check sends your listing links, your name, your email and any notes, to start the check. An order sends the same details to Stripe.

The payment step uses Stripe’s payment form. Stripe sets its own cookies there, including cookies from hCaptcha, the bot check Stripe uses, and runs its own scripts to process the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe’s privacy notice explains what it collects: stripe.com/privacy.

What we hold

If you write to us or buy a film:

• Your full name and email address.
• The listing link you send, and the public photographs on that listing.
• Whatever else you choose to write to us.

If we contacted you first:

• We found your business and its contact details from public sources: web search results, Instagram, your listing and your own website.
• We hold your name, a business email address, your listing link, notes about your listing, and a record of our messages. We may also hold a business phone number and social handles we found.
• We may have made a short preview film from your listing’s public photographs to show you. We delete it on request.

We do not ask for a phone number, a home address or a date of birth, and you should not send them.

What we do with it

We use it to check your photos, make your film, send you previews, reply to you, and tell hosts about our service. Our outreach emails and follow-up marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and we stop when you use it. Emails about an order you placed, such as photo-check results, delivery, refunds and replies, don’t include one. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Who else touches it

• Google Workspace, which carries our email and stores our working files.
• Stripe, which takes the payment. Stripe handles the card. We never see or store your card number.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and your private film page.
• Telegram, which carries our internal job notifications, including your email, your listing link and your film link.
• ngrok, the secure connection that carries the order and photo-check forms from this site to our film system.
• Brave Search, which runs the web searches we use to find hosts’ public contact details, and NeverBounce, which checks an email address is valid before we write to it.
• AI services we use: Higgsfield, which generates motion shots from your photos, and Anthropic, whose AI helps us check listing photos and film frames, match hosts to listings, and summarise messages. They receive only what is needed for that work.
• A small number of people help us review films before delivery. They only see your listing photos and the film.

Your film page

Your film page has a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share that link with can watch and download your film. Ask us and we will take the page down.

How long we keep it

We keep your email thread, your film and your film page so we can re-send your files if you lose them. We keep a record of everyone we have contacted so we never contact anyone twice. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except that if you have opted out we keep your email on a do-not-contact list so we can honour that.

Your film and your photos

We use your listing photographs only to make your film and previews for you. We do not use them for anyone else. We may share the finished film on our Instagram, for example in our Stories, with your listing linked, unless you tell us not to before we start.

Your rights

Write to hello@vantyxpoint.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and we will honour any request the law requires.

Changes

If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever start collecting something on the site itself, such as analytics, this page will say so before it happens.
